Enaya Home Nursing, an affiliated company of J&F Holdings, is currently seeking to recruit nurses.
NURSES DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care & Personal Hygiene:
-Provide full personal hygiene: bathing, oral care, grooming (shaving & nail cutting).
-Administer medications as per medical report.
-Perform wound dressing, catheter care, PEG / NG tube feeding, and stoma management.
-Assist with feeding including tube feeding for patients unable to eat by mouth.
-Render passive / range of motion exercises and assist with mobility devices.
-Reposition the patient every 2 hours to prevent bedsores.
-Perform colonic irrigation, enemas, and other procedures as needed.
Monitoring & Documentation:
-Check and record vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, respiration, pulse, and fluid intake/output.
-Monitor and document any changes in the patient's condition.
-Record all medications, feeding, and daily care activities accurately on the patient's chart.
-Complete nursing notes, handover documents, and required forms on time.
Communication & Handover:
-Conduct a proper handover to the incoming nurse at the end of each shift.
-Keep the patient's family and relatives all the time informed about the patient's condition.
-Inform the Company Physician and Nurse Supervisor of any updates or changes in the patient's condition.
-Carry out Doctor's orders and report patient updates during home visits.
Equipment, Supplies & Environment:
-Ensure all medical equipment is clean and free from contamination.
-Maintain and clean devices: suction machine, nebulizer, lifter, and related equipment.
-Keep the patient's room clean, change bedding, and empty bed pans.
-Submit supply requests to the Nurse Supervisor.
Compliance, Safety & Emergency:
-Adhere to The Health Authority scope of practice and Enaya's clinical protocols.
-Always maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct.
-Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow the correct escalation process.
-Escort the patient to hospital appointments or medical facilities when needed and update always the company physician and the nurse supervisor.
